There's more than one way in

Your move

We're a guild and not a service. A service does work for you and closes the file. A guild builds something alongside its members, and your piece becomes an anchor in the overall design.

Vision

Activation Program

Whether you're building a creative project, a mission-led initiative, or a new way of operating, the Vision Activation Program gives you a shape you can run without us in the room. We call it a campaign. You build it. You live it. You sustain it without losing clarity or direction.

What Is a member

Campaign?

A Member Campaign is your story, given shape. You come to the table with a vision, maybe a feeling, maybe a half-formed idea, maybe something you've been putting off for months. The campaign is where that vision becomes something you can grasp, point at, and use even when we're not in the room.

What Is the world

Campaign?

The World Campaign is the living narrative of the guild's world. It's the extraordinary world being built. Each piece is a campaign happening in a community, physically or digitally, and together they're the World Campaign. You sign up for a specific one. What you do there writes into the larger story. The World Campaign is what the guild is doing in the world, not what it has. It has a direction. And it's still moving.

You pick your mode. We do the work. We do it together. Or you do it, and we guide the path. It's a starting position, not a ceiling, and it can shift as the story moves.

create

Examples:

  • A Built Scene: We complete a mural, installation, piece, or designed environment for a community initiative.

  • An Operational System: We design, record, and hand over the documented structure.

  • A Prototype: We build it, test it, and deliver the working thing.

  • Re-Framed: We hold a project that's fallen into disuse and transform it into a new function that the members can use.

manage

Examples:

  • Market Research: We analyze what's working, what's saturated, and where the gap is.

  • Timeline & Milestone Tracking: We maintain the campaign plan so you don't have to remember what's next.

  • Progress Analysis: We evaluate what's moving, what's stuck, and what's drifting from the original vision.

  • Next-Step Recommendations: We read on the situation, what should happen next, and why.

co-build

Examples:

  • A Co-Designed Space: We collaborate on a designed environment where the community walks through each layer as it is being built.

  • A Joint Project Prototype: You make a call about how it runs, and we shift what gets built next to match it.

  • A Recurring Practice: We manage the structure; you build the content. Neither one can run it alone.

  • A New System: A repeatable process for how your group operates, built in the room. You can teach it to someone else.
